Classic Strawberry Banana Smoothies

 

1. Pour orange juice and milk into a blender.
 
2. Add yogurt.
 
3. Add banana and strawberries.
 
4. Blend until smooth.

 

 

Ingredients:

1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 banana
2 cups frozen strawberries

 

Berry Blast

 

1. Pour orange juice and yogurt into a blender.
 
2. Add mixed berries and banana.
 
3. Blend until smooth.

1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries)
1/2 banana

 

Orange Banana Peach

 

1. Pour orange juice into a blender.

3. Add banana and peaches.

3/4 cup orange sherbet
1 banana
1 cup frozen peaches

3. Add berries and almond butter.

1 cup frozen berries (any kind)
2 tablespoons almond butter

 

Raspberry Rave

 

1. Pour orange or apple juice into a blender.
 
2. Add sherbet.
 
3. Add raspberries and banana.
 
4. Blend until smooth.

 

 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup orange or apple juice
3/4 cup raspberry sherbet
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 banana

 

Just Peachy

 

1. Pour apple juice and yogurt into a blender.
 
2. Add banana, frozen strawberries, and peaches.
 
3. Blend until smooth.
