Mini Quiche

These cute little crustless quiches are more tasty cold than they are fresh out of the oven. Serve with a few vanilla wafer cookies and fresh berries with dip.

2. Beat the eggs, egg whites, and milk together.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients.

4. Pour into 8 muffin cups.

5. Bake until eggs are set, about 15 minutes.

6. Cool and then refrigerate.

Ingredients:

3 eggs
2 egg whites
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup shredded cheese
