Waffle Sandwich

Waffle Sandwich

Once you try peanut butter and jelly on a waffle, you may never go back to bread! And instead of sending apple wedges, try cutting and coring an apple, then putting it back together with a rubber band to hold it all in place. This presentation is fun, and it cuts down on browning.

1. Toast the waffles so they are just crispy. Let cool.

2. Spread with peanut butter and jelly. Cut into halves.

Try different combinations like peanut butter and honey, Nutella, chicken salad or any other sandwich filling.
