This chapter is fun. Who doesn’t love a dip, app, or wrap? Appetizers and wraps are easy, delicious, and a great way to share your detox experience with others. We encourage you to get particularly creative with these recipes. We tend to make every eating experience a chance to wrap ingredients up and dip them. Although we haven’t included a nori wrap, don’t limit yourself - collards, Swiss chard, and nori are all some of our favorite vehicles for tasty fillings.
