• Full Body Castor Oil Wrap (if you don’t have a sauna)

  Get the bathroom steamy hot with a little shower steam and a space heater. Set up a pallet in the bathroom to relax. Massage your whole body in castor oil (head included)—a little bit goes a long way. Relax for 30 minutes. Follow with a warm shower or Epsom salt bath. Moisturize after the shower like normal.

Castor oil is a super high-density vegetable oil with a very mild odor and color.
