11⁄2 cups almond milk or nut milk of choice (page 83)
2 cups spinach
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of sea salt
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Serves 1-2
We had never really seen grapes in smoothies, so we had to try it. The flavor is, of course, delicious. Red grapes are rich in the flavonoid resveratrol, which is famously beneficial to heart health. Resveratrol is also a powerful anti-inflammatory and antiaging antioxidant.
