Great Green

This juice is light and refreshing, but extra nutritious with the addition of the vegetable powerhouse—kale. You can substitute spinach, chard, or any other dark leafy green for the kale.

  • 1⁄2 large head kale
  • 1 large bunch celery
  • 2–3 limes (juice the limes whole for an extra tart juice)
  • Process all ingredients through a juicer.
