1 honeydew melon, seeded, peeled, and cubed (frozen, optional)
11⁄2 cups coconut water
1 cucumber, peeled and cubed
2 cups spinach
1⁄4 cup mint leaves
1⁄4 cup parsley
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of sea salt
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Serves 1-2
This is the ultimate green drink for hydration. Cucumber and melons are both excellent for overall skin tone and health. The addition of spinach and herbs add protein, vitamins, and minerals. Because of the high water content, we recommend drinking this smoothie on an empty stomach or it could cause bloating.
