Like tomatoes, they are good for prostate health. They are also high in magnesium, which improves bowel function and promotes relaxation, so this juice is great for menstrual cramps. Parsley and grapefruit provide a solid boost of vitamin C. If you can’t find fresh apricots, you can substitute fresh peaches or other stone fruit.

  • 1 fennel bulb, (including stems is optional for a more potent flavor)
  • 1⁄2 large handful parsley
  • 2 large fresh apricots, seeded (plums may be substituted)
  • 1 whole grapefruit, peeled
  • Process all ingredients through juicer.
