The Kiwi Key

Kiwis surpass bananas in their potassium content, making

them the highest potassium-laden fruit. Potassium is one of the most important minerals, and is essential to maintaining good heath. Carrots and parsley add a substantial source of vitamin A and beta carotene. This is a very well-rounded, low-sugar juice.


  • 2 kiwis, washed well
  • 4 large carrots
  • 1⁄2 handful parsley
  • 1 lime
  • Process all ingredients through juicer.
