Tropical Greens

This is one of the most popular green smoothies at our restaurant. The combination of pineapple, coconut, spinach, and herbs is purifying and easy to love. Cilantro is one of our favorite herbs— it is very cleansing and high in vitamin K which supports blood and bone health. Pineapple is full of vitamin C and enzymes for digestion.

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen coconut meat or 1 frozen banana
  • 11⁄2 cups coconut water or filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter
  • 1⁄2 large handful cilantro
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
