2 bags red rooibos tea or 3 teaspoons loose leaf rooibos tea
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey or a few drops of stevia (optional)
4 cups boiling water
1 cup cranberries, juiced
1 liter sparkling water
Add tea, lemon, vanilla, and honey to water. Allow to steep for about 5 minutes. Once tea is brewed, either remove tea bags or strain then chill. Once tea is chilled, add fresh cranberry juice and sparkling water.
Serves 2-4
