Please read these terms of use carefully before using the services offered by Quirk Productions, Inc. (“Quirk”), a Pennsylvania corporation. These terms of use set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the “How to Con Your Kid” application (the “Application”) and any other services, features, content, applications, or widgets offered by Quirk.

By downloading, registering and/or using the Application in any manner, you hereby agree to all of the terms and conditions contained herein. By downloading, registering and/or using this Application in any manner, you represent and warrant that you are an individual of legal age to form a binding contract.

ACCESS AND USE ANY INFORMATION AND/OR ADVICE IN THE APPLICATION AT YOUR OWN RISK. The information and/or advice contained in the Application is general and has been prepared without taking into account your individual situation. Before using any information or advice contained in the Application, you should consider the appropriateness with regard to your own situation and needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Quirk, nor its directors, employees, agents, representatives, and/or partners, be liable for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with, use of or reliance on any information or advice available through the Application.

The information available through the Application is not intended as a substitute for advice from medical and/or childcare professionals. The user must accept sole responsibility associated with the use of the material in the Application and its associated content.

You and Quirk agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Application must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, excluding its conflicts of law rules, and the United States of America. For all purposes of these terms of use, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the United States Federal Courts or state courts located in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

These terms of use represent the entire agreement between you and Quirk with respect to the Application. If any provision of these terms of use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms of use will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
