When you are really up against it and want a quick breakfast or lunch, this smoothie is very high in a wide range of nutrients and is very quick to prepare.
1 small banana
200 ml (7 fl oz) freshly squeezed orange juice
25 g (1 oz) sunflower seeds
Throw all the ingredients into a blender with a couple of ice cubes and process. Serve in a large tumbler and decorate with some strawberries if desired.
Makes 300 ml (10 fl oz) or 1 large glass
