Before you pull a face, this juice is surprisingly sweet and a great intestinal cleanser due to the cabbage content.
250 g (8 oz) red cabbage
1 orange, peeled
75 g (3 oz) red grapes
Separate the cabbage into leaves and roughly chop. Juice all three ingredients together and when ready to drink, serve over ice cubes, or whizz in a blender with a couple of ice cubes for a more creamy drink.
Makes 200 ml (7 fl oz) or 1 small glass
