200 g (7 oz) pineapple
100 g (31⁄2 oz) broccoli
100 g (31⁄2 oz) cucumber
1 kiwifruit
Juice the pineapple and broccoli, then blend with the cucumber and kiwifruit along with a couple of ice cubes.
