There is room for a little flexibility here as it is better to go for fruits that are in season and readily available. Melon is highly hydrating so great after exercise when fluid replacement is a priority.
300 g (10 oz) melon flesh – watermelon, galia, honeydew – whatever is available.
125 g (4 oz) strawberries, raspberries or cherries
Juice both ingredients and serve over ice cubes.
