Carrots, beetroot and oranges are all high in vitamin C, antioxidants and phytonutrients such as beta-carotene, and are also rich sources of potassium. A great tonic.
250 g (8 oz) carrot
125 g (4 oz) beetroot
1 orange, peeled
125 g (4 oz) strawberries
Juice all of the ingredients together, then pour over ice cubes in a tall glass.
