Cabbage is a great detoxifier and when combined with the classic juice combination of carrot and apple, is excellent for cleansing the stomach and upper colon.
175 g (6 oz) carrot
250 g (8 oz) apple
125 g (4 oz) red cabbage
Juice all the ingredients and serve over ice with a slice of orange.
Makes 200 ml (7 fl oz) or 1 small glass
