This highly nutritious and very satisfying smoothie is high in vitamin C, and the combination of the pectin in the apple and probiotics in the yogurt makes it a great choice for the digestive tract.
2 oranges
1 apple
75 g (3 oz) raspberries, fresh or frozen
75 g (3 oz) strawberries, fresh or frozen
150 ml (5 fl oz) natural live yogurt
Juice the oranges and apple, then whizz the juice in a blender with the raspberries, strawberries and yogurt. Serve immediately.
