This is a sharp refreshing juice, ideal for after exercise. If you like your juice a little less sour, substitute the grapefruit for orange and omit the lime.
150 g (5 oz) papaya
150 g (5 oz) grapefruit, peeled
150 g (5 oz) raspberries, fresh or frozen
½ lime
Either juice all the ingredients and serve over ice, or for a variation, juice the grapefruit and lime and whizz in a blender with the papaya and raspberries.
Makes 200 ml (7 fl oz) or 1 small glass
