This is great diluted with a little hot (not boiling) water and served as a warm drink. A little cinnamon sprinkled over the top tastes great, and if you like your drinks quite sour, add an extra squeeze of lemon.
          
           
           	      	
          
            3 apples
          
                    	      	
          
            ½ lemon, peeled
          
                    	      	
          
            1 yellow pepper, deseeded
          
                    	      	
          
            2.5 cm (1 inch) cube fresh root ginger
          
                    
                
          
            Juice all the ingredients together and serve over ice cubes.
