This bright green juice is a fantastic way to benefit from a magnificent seven different vegetables. Sipped slowly it should sustain you and will definitely cleanse your system.
200 g (7 oz) carrot
100 g (3½ oz) green pepper
50 g (2 oz) spinach
50 g (2 oz) onion
100 g (3½ oz) celery
200 g (7 oz) cucumber
100 g (3½ oz) tomato
Juice everything and serve immediately. If you want to vary this, after juicing put in a blender with half an avocado for a power-packed super smoothie.
Makes 200 ml (7 fl oz) or 1 small glass
