Papaya is full of digestive enzymes and is an exceptionally powerful detoxifying fruit. Passion fruit and lime give the smoothie a great zesty taste.
1 orange
½ lime
1 medium papaya
1 passion fruit
Juice the orange and the lime. Cut the papaya in half and deseed. Put the flesh in a blender along with the passion fruit juice and seeds. Add the juiced orange and lime and a couple of ice cubes. Blend and serve immediately. For a bit of variation, maybe add mango.
