What artists painted exterior murals during the Harlem Renaissance and beyond?

Artists Charles Alston, John T. Biggers, Jacob Lawrence, and Charles W. White used exterior murals to document the African architectural traditions. They were inspired by Mexican artists and were especially drawn to the themes, bold forms, and bright colors of Diego Rivera, David Alfaro Siqueiros, and José Clemente Orozco.
