What black coaches broke the glass ceiling in collegiate football?

On the college scene, pioneer coaches include Tyrone Willingham (1953–) of the University of Notre Dame; Norries Wilson (1965–), the first black head football coach in the Ivy League (Columbia University), in 2005; and James Franklin (1972–) the first black coach to head a major sport at Vanderbilt.
