Fertility treatments may also include artificial (or intrauterine) insemination in which sperm (from the woman’s husband, partner, or a donor) are injected into the woman’s uterus, leading to conception. Women may also take medications to stimulate egg production. They may then be able to conceive without further medical intervention.
