How many different types of cells are found in the islets of Langerhans?

There are four different types of cells in each of the islets of Langerhans. The four groups of cells are alpha cells, beta cells, delta cells, and F cells. The two most important types of cells are alpha cells, which produce glucagon, and beta cells, which produce insulin.
