Is positive feedback commonly found in the human body systems?

Positive feedback is relatively uncommon in the human body, since it disrupts homeostasis. For example, if there were a positive feedback response to blood sugar level decreasing, the blood sugar level would continue to decrease, without ceasing, until the person died.
