Which vitamin is most frequently consumed in excess amounts?

Vitamin A toxicity caused by massive dosages (from ten to thousands of times the recommended daily allowance) is the most common form of hypervitaminosis. Symptoms of vitamin A overdose include nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, and lethargy. Chronic overdose can lead to hair loss, joint pain, hypertension, weight loss, liver enlargement, and possibly death.
