Introduction

What are the two divisions of the respiratory system?

The respiratory system is divided into the upper respiratory system and the lower respiratory system. The upper respiratory system includes the nose, nasal cavity, and sinuses. The lower respiratory system includes the larynx, trachea, bronchi, bronchioles, and alveoli.
