How massive is the Sun?

The Sun has a mass of 4.39 million trillion trillion pounds (1.99 million trillion trillion kilograms). The most massive supergiant stars have about one hundred times more mass than the Sun. The least massive dwarf stars and brown dwarfs contain about one-hundredth the mass of the Sun.
