How old are the oldest galaxies?

Because of the phenomenon of look-back time, the most distant galaxies yet observed are also the oldest galaxies yet observed. Those galaxies have redshifts of about 10, indicating they are more than thirteen billion light-years away and also more than thirteen billion years old.
