What are visible light waves? |
Visible light waves are electromagnetic waves whose wavelengths range between about 3.5 x 10–7 and 7 x 10–7 meters. This is the kind of electromagnetic radiation that human eyes can detect. It can roughly be divided into seven colors: violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red.
