Are all the Dead Sea Scrolls made of parchment and papyrus?

No. One scroll is made of copper. When the copper scroll was found, it could not be unrolled using conventional methods. So, over a period of two years, painstaking care was used to cut the scroll into thin strips so it could be laid flat and read. Once it was laid flat, researchers transcribed the text.
