Yes. Since the time of Jesus’ crucifixion and resurrection, traditions have grown up around items associated with him. One such item is Jesus’ foreskin. Known as the Holy Prepuce, the foreskin was venerated by believers for centuries. The problem was that across Europe, more than a dozen foreskins were being venerated. So in 1900, the Catholic Church forbade its congregants even to talk about the Holy Prepuce. Today, none is known to exist.
