Yes. King Artaxerxes gave Ezra his full support. The king gave Ezra silver, gold, and animals to take back with him, and the king authorized Ezra to take with him any willing Israelite in Persia back to Judah. Also, the king believed in the importance of the law of Moses, and told Ezra he could reinstitute those laws in Judah.
