Gospels and Acts of the Apostles

Did Judas know that Jesus knew of his duplicity?

Yes. Judas knew that Jesus knew, and he did it anyway. During the Last Supper, Jesus said, “Truly I tell you, one of you will betray me.” The apostles were upset by this statement and wondered about it. One apostle after another said, “Surely not I, Lord?” Jesus replied, “The one who has dipped his hand into the bowl with me will betray me.” Judas, knowing already that he would betray Jesus, said also, “Surely not I, Rabbi?” Jesus responded, “You have said so.” (NRSV, Matthew 26:20–25)
