Did Nebuchadnezzar’s dream come true?

Yes. The Bible says that one day while Nebuchadnezzar was out on the roof of his house, “he was driven from human society. He ate grass like a cow, and he was drenched with the dew of heaven. He lived this way until his hair was as long as eagles’ feathers and his nails were like birds’ claws.” (NLT, Daniel 4:33) When that period was over, Nebuchadnezzar lifted his eyes to heaven. His reason was restored, and he praised God as being ruler of all.
