Paul’s description of love in I Corinthians 13 is one of the most oft-repeated passages in the Bible. Paul wrote that love has these qualities: truth, kindness, faith, endurance, and hope. Paul balanced that with a list of things that love does not have: envy, boastfulness, arrogance, or rudeness.
