What did God do so that the Israelites would not doubt Aaron’s priestly status anymore?

Among the staffs belonging to the various tribes, God caused Aaron’s staff to put forth buds, blossoms, and then almonds. It was at this point that Aaron’s staff was stored in the Ark of the Covenant as a reminder to future generations that Aaron’s priesthood was legitimate.
