What did Paul want the Philippians to do? |
He wanted them to continue to live “in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ.” (Philippians 1:27) To do that, Paul said they should demonstrate love, humility, and selflessness. Paul encouraged them: “Do all things without murmuring and arguing, so that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, in which you shine like stars in the world.” (Philippians 2:14–15)
