The Supreme Court has the right of judicial review. That means the Supreme Court has the right to examine laws to determine if they are constitutional. When individuals or groups do not agree on the meaning of the Constitution, they can take the issue to the Supreme Court. To this day, cases about the Bible and religion are being heard.
