What is the book of Jeremiah about?

It is about Jeremiah telling the people of Judah about God’s anger with them. God was angry because of their idolatry, social injustice, greed, and all-around wickedness. God was not angry with only the people of Judah. He was angry with the nations surrounding Judah as well.
