What is the book of Malachi about?

It is about how most of the priests did not obey the laws as set forth by God. Over and over, they offered sick or maimed animals as sacrifices, and saved the best for themselves. With their disloyalty to God, they led people astray. All of this was insulting to God. Also, Malachi talked about divine justice.
