The longest chapter of the Bible is in the book of Psalms. Chapter 119 has 176 verses. Chapter 119 is notable, too, because it is an acrostic poem that uses the entire Hebrew alphabet from aleph to tav. The shortest chapter of the Bible is in the book of Psalms as well. Chapter 117 has two verses.
