Why isn’t this Psalm 151 with the other psalms in the Old Testament?

Psalm 151 is not in the Masoretic Text, considered to be the authoritative Hebrew Bible (Old Testament) that was assembled by scholars at Talmudic academies in Babylonia and Palestine from the sixth to the tenth centuries C.E.
