A135-million-year-old baby bird was found in the Pyrenees of northern Spain. It had wings, feathers, and tiny holes in its immature bones just like modern birds, but it also had a head and neck similar to carnivorous dinosaurs, with sharp teeth and powerful neck muscles for chewing. This fossil still is highly debated regarding its possible connection to dinosaurs and birds.
