China is bordered by 13 neighbors: Mongolia, Russia, North Korea, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, India, Bhutan, Nepal, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan. Russia is next in line, as it shares its border with 12 other countries. Brazil is third with nine neighbors.
