Rental Properties

What are some differences between investing in a rental home and investing in a rental apartment complex?

Experts assert some notable differences between investing in a house for rent and investing in an apartment complex for rent. Single-family houses require fewer inspections and regulations, and require less capital to repair and renovate in order to increase their value. Also, there are more houses than apartments available, a relatively large pool of house buyers makes that market more liquid, house tenants may rent for a longer duration, house mortgage requirements are less stringent, and house utility bills may easily be assigned to one tenant.
